_ How to order ?

Just add your items to the cart and check-out by using the cart icon nat the top right side of the screen. Here you will see an overview of your current cart and a check-out button. Click the button the start the simple check-out process.

A _ info : enter your mail + contact details and choose a delivery method.
B _ shipping : shipping will be calculated according to your contact details and the order.
C _ payment : choose how to pay, we currently offer Paypal, Apple Pay, MasterCard, American Express and Visa.  

You can review and alter your order at any moment during these steps. We are craftsmen, please allow us some time to complete your order.

_ How to pay ?

We currently accept Paypal, Apple Pay, MasterCard, American Express and Visa. We are working on making more local options available soon.

_ How to ship / shipping costs ?

Shipping costs are related to your location and the size / weight of the package. We work with Bpost for perfect and safe handling.

_ How to track ?

The moment you place the order, you will receive a confirmation mail. As soon as we work on the order, you will be automatically notified of updates. When the order is ready to ship, we will provide a Track & Trace link so you can see the package come closer.

_ How to return ?
