The design philosophy of STILL is to elevate stillness in a contemplative atmosphere. Translating the benefits of silence into a place of well being at home, at work or for hospitality purpose. For this, we invite Céline D'Hont and Hiske Van den Wouwer to kick off our wellbeing programs.
To celebrate our fifth anniversary of the Still Room, we curate wellbeing programs to propose KAP and Pilates, in order to cultivate benefits in terms of focus, body-mind balance and energetic health
Hiske Van den Wouwer
is a certified Yogini based in Antwerp.
KAP is a transmission of life force energy. It's a transmission process. Not a self willed or self generating process. It's the path of surrender, not the path of will.
is a certified pilates instructor, certified through Equinox New York City.
Her class includes pilates exercises for longer, leaner and stronger muscles finished with some movement meditation.
